Four things that fix it 60% of the time

We hear “this game won’t load” a lot, and most of the time it’s one of these four. Worth a 30-second try before filing.

  • Refresh the pageHalf of "game won't load" issues are a transient CDN hiccup. A hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) clears it 50% of the time.
  • Try a different browserSome HTML5 games rely on WebGL features that aren't on every browser yet. Chrome and Edge tend to support the widest set.
  • Check for ad blockersA few games refuse to load when an ad blocker hides their pre-roll. Try whitelisting glazegames.com for that one title.
  • Behind a school filter? If you're on a school or work network, the game's CDN may be blocked even though our domain isn't. Try mobile data to verify.

What happens after you submit

The report lands in the same inbox as our editorial review. A real team member reads it, opens the game on the device they have closest to yours, and either fixes the entry or pulls the game from the catalog if it’s permanently broken. You’ll get an email reply if you left an address.

Why some games never load anywhere

Glaze Games embeds games from a curated set of licensed HTML5 catalogs. When a developer pulls a title from the upstream feed, the embed URL goes dead until our next daily catalog sync notices and removes it. Your report shortcuts that — once a human sees the URL, we can pull it the same day.

The contact page goes to the same inbox but supports broader topics — partnerships, press, accessibility, anything not game-specific.
