Inner City Drive is an arcade traffic racer set in a neon city at night, in the rain, with speeds pushing 390 km/h. Acceleration is handled for you, so the whole game is about steering through dense traffic moving both toward you and in your direction. Ramps let you jump over jams and tunnels break up the route, while lightning and wet reflective streets set the mood. One collision ends the run, which keeps every attempt tense. Because the road is dense with cars in every lane, the challenge is less about top speed and more about reading gaps a fraction of a second early.

The near-miss combo is the core idea. Passing close to a car raises your combo, which in turn increases both speed and score multipliers, while cautious driving lets it drain away.
