Special Ops: GO

Special Ops: GO is a modern first-person shooter built for short competitive matches in the browser. Online play supports up to five players per side, with Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Ranked, and Custom Rooms for private games. If you would rather play alone, there are single-player missions and survival-style challenges against relentless enemies. The arsenal has more than 20 modern weapons across pistols, SMGs, rifles, and sniper rifles, and the maps range from close-quarters layouts to open areas with long sightlines suited to sniper duels. Matches reward accurate aim, good movement, and sensible positioning.

It runs in WebGL with no install, which is the main reason it works as a browser game: you can go from the page to a match quickly.
